After your trial, pay $2 per active member per month, billed annually. Your cost scales with your club.

Fair Adjustments

Add members mid-year? Pay the prorated difference. Members leave? Get a prorated refund. Simple and fair.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does billing start?
After your 3-month free trial ends. You will be notified before your trial expires.
What counts as an active member?
Any member with an “active” status in your club. Inactive or removed members are not counted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel before your next billing cycle and you will not be charged again.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment integration coming soon.
I just want to host one tournament. Do I need a club?
No. Host accounts are separate and free – create one, list your event, and you are set. No membership and no subscription.
When do tournament hosts get charged?
While we are in beta, listing your event is free. Down the road a flat per-event listing fee (around $25) is charged when you publish an event – never a subscription.
